How far can we push DNA nanotechnology to build minimal systems inspired by biological structures and processes? Thanks to the valuable support of an NWO-XS grant, our group will build DNA origami nanostructures to mimic the architecture of molecular chaperones with the aim to develop fully artificial systems for protein folding.
